This particular coin honors The Glacier National Park in Montana. First featured on the 1932 circulating quarter dollar, a portrait of George Washington is found on the obverse. The Image is shown on the reverse of the coin is the Mount Reynolds, it also depicts a goat at the mountain distance. The design was completed by United States Mint Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) Associate Designer Barbara Fox. The Coin was sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engraver Charles Vicker. Included as well are the inscriptions of GLACIER, MONTANA, 2011 and E PLURIBUS UNUM. Also shown are the inscriptions of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST and QUARTER DOLLAR.
