2013 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin With AIR-TITE Holder

I usually receive Silver Eagles in immaculate condition when ordering in an Air-Tite holder. The last coin ordered had a small piece of plastic on the inside reverse of the coin, but still beautiful. The coin I received today, however, again had some type of debris inside the holder on the reverse of the coin. I'm a little puzzled since I have never encountered these issues before.
