i am happy with the coins but shipping was delayed and only after i questioned the late shipment was i told that there was a problem with your supplier.
i think good customer relations would demand that you inform your customers of late shipment before they wonder what happened with their order.
since your free shipping is by the usps which i have found to be less than reliable, i thought my order may have been lost or misdelivered.
