This purchase is for 5 2023 Canadian Silver Maple Leaf Coins with the following description: The Silver Canadian Maple Leaf bullion coin. First minted in 1988, the silver Maple Leaf is now one of the more popular members of the Canadian Maple Leaf family of bullion coins...besides silver, one-ounce Maple Leaf coins are also produced by the Royal Canadian Mint in gold, platinum and palladium. The silver Maple Leaf coin contains one troy ounce of pure .9999 fine four-nines silver, making it the purest one-ounce silver coin produced by any government mint anywhere in the world. It is a legal tender coin with a face value of five Canadian dollars, the highest face value of any one-ounce government-minted silver bullion coin. The new background was precisely machined by the Royal Canadian Mint onto their master die and creates a unique light diffracting pattern which has not been seen on other bullion products. The second change, the maple leaf privy mark, is similar to that of the 1 oz Gold Maple Leaf coins. Each privy contains a small, micro-engraved "23" which is visible only under magnification. The '23'; will change annually to correspond with the year of issue.

Good merchandise, in good order, good condition. Aydin has taken a bit longer to ship after the sale (1-week+) which makes us nervous most times - considering so many gold and silver dealers have gone broke with customer's money and merchandise. But the quality and the low prices are there.

The Silver Maples arrived day before yesterday and they were in pristine condition. They came individually packaged in little plastic envelopes and further protected within a bubble wrap manila mailer. These Maple Leaves are a great value for silver coins. Aydin Coins is consistently the best deal on these especially considering that shipping is included in the price.

Canadian Silver Maples are simply a great value and a superb one ounce silver coin, especially from Aydin in the five coin lots. The 4 "9"s silver purity makes these a better value than Silver Eagles in my view. The higher, $5.00 Canadian face value is another bonus too. I only wish they had something other than the queen on the obverse but the reverse with Maple Leaf, and new security feature, makes up for it and then some.
