You've always delivered but your 5 day before shipping policy concerns me. You always drag it out to 5 days and then another because the tracking number never actually ships for another 24 hours. I'm sorry, but that's a red flag and why I won't buy more and larger quantities from you. I went through the Merit debacle. I didn't loose anything but your delayed shipping policy tells me you're struggling with cash flow issues. Coins are always great.
